My husband was really looking forward to coming in and having a cigar. We waited and waited along with another 3 people while the guy working there was late opening up. He barely spoke to us. Which really is ok with me, because what do I care? But still. I’d just expect him to be a little friendly. We were the first ones in the lounge and there were already old cigar butts in the ash trays which just tells me no one cleaned up last night. 90% of the cigar boxes in the humidor were empty. It was a really mediocre experience. They get 3 stars because the chairs were comfy and it was quiet and dim.

Owner was really REALLY cool. Had a great conversation with him a couple weeks ago. Was looking for some high quality bourbon at the casino bar and that wasn't an option. Owner shared his personal stash with our whole table and didn't bother to ask us for payment. Stand up gentleman he was 🤙🏻

This is one of the few places in South Lake Tahoe where you can relax and enjoy a cigar and a cocktail indoors. The cigar selection is solid, with reasonable prices for a retail shop. Casey, the owner, was friendly, professional, and great to chat with, and the other patrons made the atmosphere equally welcoming. You can grab a drink from one of the nearby bars in Bally’s—just steps away from High Sierra—and bring it into the cigar lounge. The space itself is very comfortable, with a mix of lounge chairs, high-top tables, and several TVs for watching sports. It’s an ideal setting to sit back and enjoy a smoke. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in South Lake Tahoe.

Everything in here is very clean and very help people that work here and all the people that work here are very nice and they have a lot of cigars and very good prices on them as well
