Im am extremely dissapointed with my experience after purchasing a faulty product. Way back in November I bought a bong that had been reduced down to 25 dollars. Me and the worker inspected the piece and both came to the conclusion there was no visible defects. The worker said she wasn't sure why it was reduced and that it looked perfect. So I put the bong up as a present, and this week we used the bong for the first time. I started cleaning it for the first time and simply poured out the old water and was running water through it when I heard a crack. I stopped everything and noticed a HUGE crack on the inside of the bong. I called the store to ask what could be done and the first person told me that since it was purchased in November nothing could be done and that I should speak with someone else. I waited and then was told the person is busy and to call back in a few minutes. I waited about 15 minutes and called again, a different worker answered and told me there was nothing he could do and that the boss was actually not there. So here is my review instead. Love this place! Decent size store. They sell lots of stuff like cbd, vapes, papers, silicone, bongs, bowls, slides, pouches, ashtrays, ash catchers, posters ect.. The owners are so nice, love them. The boss even throws me free blunt wraps and stuff :-) You can usually talk them down a little on prices aswell so that's cool. Always great quality glass. Never an complaint from me. Im always happy when I leave👌
