Miasleading return policy. I was told returns were honored with receipt if the glass was the wrong size and not used. Showed up the next day due to the glass being the wrong size/not used and was told they couldn't return but could exchange. Then was told I couldn't exchange without a manager that was not going to be in until the next day. Went in the next day and it was like groundhogs day. One of the staff did help but the whole experience was pretty unbearable. The employee that knew what i was there for acted like she didnt know what was going on. The ends was that, I exchanged the frosted glass piece for old-school cheap glass that I didnt want and doesn't fit along, with a couple cheap cigars (acids). I will not go there again and will just go to the circle to Smoke N' Barley for any glass, cigars or beers.

Knowledgeable staff, very helpful with decisions and not afraid to say which product they like vs dislike having tried it for themselves.
