I love the customer service and I happen to think they’re very kind people!I am so sad to not be using the store anymore for juice. They have been nothing but helpful anytime I had questions or if my vape was not working, all I had to do was go in and ask for help! They hook it up! The reason I can’t shop here for juice anymore is due to price and the amount you get. A 100 ml bottle is very close to the price of a 60ml but they don’t have options for larger bottles of the juice I liked. And I just paid 28 dollars for a 60 ml. I did find the same juice at another store for half the price. However! Does not mean I won’t ever use this store again. Just that the prices are way too high. But I will go here for my coils and good conversation. Their knowledge in vaping products is top notch and perhaps that’s why everything is so expensive. Either way I am still a happy customer. Just sad I can’t go here for juice anymore. Thank you for all you have done for me!

This place is immaculate, everytime Ive come in here for the past 4 years its looked the same: clean, spotless and well organized. The staff, Alex and Victor, are very kind, fun to talk to, and very knowledgeable in their field. I was using disposables, spending 120 a month, but they made me understand how much i would be saving switching to a refillable system. So far ive saved 90 bucks, its made my body feel better, cleaner, overall a much better feeling then using the disposables. I thank them for their helpfulness and hope they are here for years to come. Im trying nicotine patches and ive come to like them, despicable the EFX brand.

They helped me to switch from disposables to refillables a few years ago, and it has saved me a tremendous amount of money. They are the best shop around, always friendly and have good products and great advice on devices and e-juices.

I went in for juice, left with a vape that is light weight, sleek and an education on what I have been doing wrong but just as impressive the service was top notch! Will be returning. ❤️
