Smokers Haven is always so nice and welcoming and they’re truly knowledgeable about all the different products they offer. Aiden was very helpful with my inquiries and questions. This is why I have been a returning customer for 7 years now!! Keep up the good work 😁

I have had nothing but attitude and disrespect from what I think is the manager not sure. I think I heard someone call her Serena. I asked about a specific product and she made me feel stupid for being curious… if I could rate a 0 I could.

This is the only store I go to at all since I moved to the area, been nothing but good experiences and plenty of help especially from Sam. He's always extremely professional, helpful and great character for the store! It felt as if he had good managerial material with how well he handels himself and the customers whenever im in the store!

Came into the store yesterday and loved Meja’s attitude with helping me! She was super fast and efficient with what I needed! I was in and out!

Went to grab a vape and the lady who helped me was very bothered at me for asking questions. Flavors. Etc she has the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Go to Smokers Haven if you want to be rushed sighed at and spoken to like you’re a piece of crap. She should get a job where her priority isn’t dealing with the public. Seriously.
