I am honestly shocked at seeing people leaving five star reviews on this store! I went in there to buy pods for my vape, every single pod was burnt out. I know exactly what I'm doing with my vape I've been a vape smoker for 4 years and I know how to use it. I brought the package of PODS back to the store and the guy told me he could do nothing about it if one of them was used then he would return it but since they're all used he can't do anything about it. Then he began to tell me that it was my device that was causing the issue although I've had the same device for a year now and it has been not a problem any other time. Got a different pack from a different store and every single pod has worked fine. Then he began to try to hustle me and let me know that he could give me an amazing deal on one of their devices and showed me that it rang up for $40, mine do this is a device that goes for $25 online and at smokers Haven. Try to hype me up about the discount saying that it was a great discount you could take 15.00 off maybe even 20 if I got it today I just looked it up online the device goes for $24.99 and also at smokers Haven $24.99. so they are clearly overpricing their products to sell them to make almost double on every single product that is absolutely insane! I called smokers Haven to see if the same incident would have happened there what they would do and they said they would take the entire package back and replace it. Now that's the type of service stores should be providing to their customers! I would avoid this store at all costs and go to a real store like smokers Haven that does not charge their products at their discretion. And I really hope the store owner sees this review because what he just did was absolutely disrespectful in every single way! I get it everybody needs to eat and stores need to make their money but that is literally robbery. Charging people $40 and acting like they are getting a deal because they had a bad experience with a different product, now what if somebody didn't say anything and he did not offer a deal and they really paid $40 for that $25 device. Good hustle buddy maybe it could work on somebody that doesn't do their research or someone who is not educated on their products that they use

Stopped by on my way home and was greeted by the owner. He was was very helpful and the store is extremely clean. He has competitive prices on everything a smoker or vapor needs. I highly recommend this new smoke shop. His glass wear is fantastic and breath taking! Go check it out!

Bought opia product there claims it was real but it was discontinued.. be careful buying there I know 100 percent it was fake and offered no solution
