Me and my coworker came to buy vapes and the man and woman working tonight (4/23/26 @ 6:30) were extremely rude. They barely looked at us, when we asked for advice the man working barely helped and they acted like they literally couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs. It was extremely uncomfortable and my coworker and I couldn’t get out quicker. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen or exaggerate but these people seriously were the worst. Hopefully they can learn some kindness or that a simple hello would rock!

Love this place!! They have the best selection to make a rainy day filled with sunshine!! Better vape prices than online, with a matching selection of flavors. The ENJOYABLE gummies are the best thing for sale in the store!

Not happy with the customer service at the other wildside more local to me so figured I’d stop at this location to stock up since I was in the area anyway. But pardon me for even stepping into the building and bothering the clerk behind the counter. Never had someone act so dead pan and inconvenienced by me ordering at this location before. Rude and unhelpful with any questions I asked. And anytime I spoke sometimes wouldn’t even get a reply . Totally my bad though for trying to purchase items at a store that says it’s open. You’re better off just turning the open sign off and calling it a day if you’re going to have employees treating customers in such ways. Can’t wait to find a source online for items I need cause between the price gauging at these stores the past year and rude employees , I’m beyond done with the wild-side smoke shop franchise .
