Amherst st location- - I had a very disappointing experience at Smoker Haven in Nashua, NH. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and my husband and I felt like we were bothering them every time we asked a question. We were often met with “no” or “I don’t know” instead of any helpful customer service. This was actually the second bad experience I have had at this location, and it was especially frustrating with one employee who has red hair and was very unpleasant to deal with. We also arrived at 9:40 and the employees were already mopping the floors, which made us feel unwelcome and rushed. Overall, this was a bad experience, and I would not recommend this store based on my visits.

Been here a few times, horrible service. When you walk in, you'll find two employee's staring at their phone, they won't look up until you say, "Hello?" then you get an attitude like they are doing you a favor. Do not recommend going here. The staff is awful.

Noel was extremely kind and personable. He made sure to correct the damaged vapes and explained the different products. He made the shop both times easy and pleasurable, gave me a reason to return and recommend this location.

Got to see Noel again today! I don’t stop in but every month or so, MA sucks! It’s the 2nd time I’ve seen him and I’m pretty direct, I don’t like not having the visual “you’re almost out”, the taste thing doesn’t really work for me! He’s been great both times at showing me all different price points and once I knock out my flavors I don’t like, he’s pretty much like naming brands, prices, flavors and so on. I think both times, I’ve stolen 1 of the flavors he was showing me the display on! He's great. I’ll see you next month! 10 💫 for Noel!
