everytime i come in when Liz is working she has been nothing but rude and it feels as if i am being a bother and i feel like an inconvenience.well yesterday i had my first bad experience. i had bought a new vape, and vape juice after only buying disposables. i am a recurring costumer so Liz and all staff knows that I never had experience with a vape that needs pods and juice. i got recommended the wrong vape juice and when asking for recommendations she acted like she had no idea what she was talking about. however, today i came in to get the right vape juice with the help of Kendra. she is always so kind and helpful everytime i come in and ask for recommendations. i highly recommend coming to Kendra she is nothing more than helpful and friendly when interacting with her! 🩷

Kendra was extremely helpful!! She found the pods I needed and even had me double check to make sure they were the correct ones for my vape. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and seemed to know the “regulars” there. Anyone that puts this much effort into their job clearly deserves a raise. If you have any vape or smoke questions, or just need supplies, go to Smoke Shack and ask for Kendra! You will have a great experience with her helping you.

I was blown away by one of the shop owners’ knowledge, and genuine passion. It owned by an uncle & nephew team. I also met a cousin who works weekends. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We asked about a few vape options, and the owner advised us that he thought certain flavors were subpar, and suggested alternatives. They’re clearly both passionate, and knowledgeable about the industry. It feels great to support a local business that places customer service & loyalty over the bottom line. Definitely my go-to vape, hookah, and smoke shop moving forward.

You can't find a better deal anywhere else! This little shop has come so far since they first opened, and it's nice to be able to support a local business run by amazing, kind people. 10/10 would recommend.

Went in, lady completely didn't know anything about vaping. Tried to get batteries for a box mod, didn't have a clue what they were. Finally got her to find them, only for her to tell me they have no chargers for said batteries. Either terribly stocked vape shop, or unknowledgeable worker.
