John, was absolutely exceptional at helping me figure out what I wanted and needed. He was amazing at upselling product, took the time to answer all my questions . Showed me how to use the product. After going to a different vape shop who was not accommodating to me I'm glad I came in and found John. Customer for life. Give the man a raise

Absolutely fantastic vape shop, top quality service and top quality merchandise. Very Knowledgeable staff and man.....biggest juice selection I've ever seen...no joke! lol

First time in this shop and I was quite impressed by the customer service! This is where I will be going in the future!

I’ve been vaping over the last 5+ years, and have tried many different shops/stores around the NH/MA area...and this one is by far the best shop hands down. The two full time guys who work there have always been great to deal with, the selection is always good (along with communication on restocks) and there’s been more than a handful of times they’ve helped me with issues/products that any other store would have said ‘no’ to. I refer them to friends, and will continue going there myself for as long as they remain open. Oh yeah, they also have a great rewards program that is easy and if you buy stuff weekly, actually gives you legitimately good discounts! If you’re looking for a good place to continually shop at, this is the place. Hands down. P.S. If the owner reads this, your employees totally deserve a raise. They’re without a doubt the backbone to this stores high reputation.

Five Stars ALL Day!!! Great customer service! I love the ECTO Menthol 24mg! I always call before heading down and JP and Al are always SUPER helpful. I usually buy at lease 4 bottles at a time! Thanks Guys for the great service!! See you in about 5 months!!
