Haven’t been able to visit their brick and mortar locations - it is definitely on my list when in New Hampshire again. I was able to utilize their online services to buy the Perdomo Legacy Father & Son Connecticut which comes in a Gran Figurado vitola. Outstanding service with excellent communication. The processing of the order was fast! Orders are well packed with care!! 2Guys also has an extensive selection of cigars, both the popular established brands and the newest releases. The staff is very friendly and always available for any questions.

Jim was incredibly friendly and attentive, helping me find the right cigars for me. I never got the feeling he was trying to upsell me on something outside my budget, and as soon as he found out I'm not a big spender, he directed me to brands in my price range and never treated me differently based on my budget mindedness. The assistant manager sent me a personalized thank you card that referenced the special trip I made to visit. The next day, I got the opportunity to sit in on the Cigar Authority podcast, and Mr Jonathan showed me the cigars they would be smoking so I could smoke along with them. The whole experience made me feel welcome and appreciated. I can confidently recommend 2 Guys Smoke Shop for a visit.

I have not had the pleasure of visiting their brick-and-mortar locations. Still, I have ordered many times from their online store, including Perdomo releases such as Father and Son, Legacy, and 40th Anniversary, as well as Padron exclusives. The orders always arrive promptly and in pristine condition, and the staff and ownership are extremely customer-service-oriented, friendly, and knowledgeable.
