First time customer I'm very pleased will be returning. Store is clean and well lit to see many varieties of juices. I went here cause I needed help changing the coil in 2 tanks which wasn't a problem for the owner. He changed them on the spot for me. Also gave good information about another product i could use that's disposable with the hassle of changing coils & cotton. Very nice comfortable atmosphere will definitely be returning.

I was visiting from Ohio when my device had a final break and I needed a new device. My whole family and I came into the store on New Year’s Eve with several of us needing help. Roger was the only one there, but the service was better than anything I expected. He was nice and knowledgeable, and he made sure we were all completely taken care of. I give the guy props, we probably overwhelmed him, but he didn’t show it. He made sure we had everything we needed, and even checked to make sure we were all familiar enough with our devices before we left. My mom left her drip tip on the counter and Roger ran out and caught us before we left. Absolutely phenomenal service, I wish I could leave ten stars.

Not one for leaving reviews but I've never had one bad experience at RAC vapors and if there was ever an issue the owner was always very quick to rectify it! So I'll say to Will that you probably should have just called the phone number on the door considering he just had his baby not even a week ago and to blow him up on his ratings because of a simple mistake that I'm sure he would have fixed immediatelyis just down right mean and unnecessary!!!

This is a great store for all of your vaping needs they have a good supply of vape juice as well as mods and coils. I can't say enough about the employees and owner they are well informed and helpful. As for the prices they are really good and do have sales there website is a bit out of date but it's a store so drop in and see for yourself if your a vapor or thinking of quitting smoking.

Great customer service, knows what he’s talking about. Answers any and all questions I may have about vaping or any other products. Extremely personable, and very welcoming every time I step in the door. Always a treat paying a visit to RAC Vapors
