Good service. Good product. Every time I come into this smoke shop, the entire team makes the experience top-tier. Zach always goes out of his way to help me find exactly what I need. Sunshine is always positive and patient. Eli consistently gives great recommendations and knows the products well. Jasmine is super helpful and always makes sure I’m good before I leave. And the brothers — every time they’re working, the energy is up. They’re quick, friendly, and always make the vibe welcoming. I’m not sure if I got everyone’s name, but we all know each other, and I truly appreciate the service and support. This whole team is solid, and that’s exactly why this is my go-to spot.

Great place kool vibes open till 2 am on Fridays & Saturdays. They have everything definitely recommend to check them out.

I've been coming here for a while and never really had an issue with staff until they hired that boy with a fro/curly hair with stuff on his face? I think name starts with a D He's on his period every other day. This is a customer service based job. He'll attend me with his phone in his hand, rush me with his attitude, no greeting or nothing. I'd fire him, these people are the face of your business and this is how they act to the paying customer? Just trash. Do better.

The customer service was excellent but the product wasn't. I purchased THC gummies two times and was very disappointed. The first bag had a 15 piece count and I consumed the whole bag with no effect. I tried again with 2 bags of 2 gummies in each bag...still no effect...I find it a problem because I have a very low tolerance for flowers in any form and for these not to hit at all I was very disappointed. I'm trying to find ways other than pharmaceuticals to treat my anxiety and my money and time was wasted going to this shop.
