If I could give them a ZERO I would. Ordered through Groupon as a Christmas gift and still haven't received it! It's almost March! Customer service is absolutely horrible. They have taken forever to respond in the past. From January 19 to now, February 26, I never received an order update but apparently item status changed to shipped with no tracking info or ship date. Company will not respond back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!

I order a 3Pc. Set off Groupon as an Christmas gift. Sadly I was forced to make it a Vday gift. Now its looking like a Mother's Day gift. Still I havent received my package. Customer service is poor with resolving issues. If I ever recieve my order still I wont be doing business with Zebra Smoke!!!

I purchased 2 of the 3 pack deals on Groupon back in April. I never received either one yet the voucher shows as redeemed on April 17th. I have never gotten any package from Zebra Smoke.
