amazing experience! I didn’t know anything walking into the store and a very helpful employee (I forgot to get their name) educated me on what i was buying and what would be best for me. I never write reviews but i’m so happy with my purchase and the amazing customer service I received. Will definitely be back!

The Bayville NJ Gorilla vape shop is the best! The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect flavor! I will only go to this location from now on. The Middletown store isn't nearly as good as far as customer service goes... I don't recommend that location at all... the old man that works there or owns it, is quite rude and condescending..... and sold me the wrong vape pods and wasted $20 of my money...

Unbelievable experience! Went in on a Wednesday with very little knowledge about vapes (to try to get off cigarettes). The store is very clean and bright and does not smell like all the other vapes stores (if you know what I mean).Very organized and professional store and employees. Not intimidating at all. The man and women (wish I got their names) were so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me and got me all set up with my vape. I actually went back on Thursday for some fine tuning and they were so great again. I cant wait to go back knowing I will see friendly faces. Great job!!

Big selection of products. Customer service is fantastic.

If a lot of other shops I go to 100 ml bottle is 20 bucks there they charge $40 for 70bacco from reds and it tastes like dirty caramel he also told me they can blend products for you but it's an also an additional 20 bucks which would be 60 bucks for 100 ml. Lmaoooo the other stores do that for a courtesy or for a small charge of maybe five bucks but I don't go to them if they charge more then the 5 what a rip stay away buyer beware
