The guys here are super chill and are pretty kind! I’ve been going here for a couple years now and only once have received a defective item. I just gave them a quick call and swung back around for a replacement no questions asked. Love them!! I always feel welcomed here 🤗

Couple days ago I went to buy this disposable cart, I've been coming here for the past year and everything has always been okay, however this past weekend I got a damaged product that came empty which paid 52$ for. I came back an hour later to get it exchanged and the cashier didn't want to give me a refund or change it for me, and the tone and attitude towards the incident wasn't polite. it would be nice of them to appreciate their regular costumers or at least be nice to them.

Best spot hands down staff is great and attentive and its not so transactional. They make you feel more like a friend than just a customer!

I've been coming to both locations of Max Smoke for years now~either location i ever entered, i was met with nothing less than handshakes... how you doing today... and normal, everyday conversations!!! I have been a customer of Max Smoke ever since it opened!! We like to joke & say I was his first customer haha. But in all seriousness; this smoke shop is filled with such a family kind of vibe. Anything you need, Max & Amir go above & beyond to make sure you leave their smoke shop HAPPY & CONTENT. & let me not forget to mention they’re grapefruit hookah heads are AMAZING & this pineapple hookah head was GREAT!
