Really liked the employee that helped me that day very kind and friendly duringy 1st visit at the Berlin location and the fact that you give credits after the purchase program rewards are given makes it a great experience you don't get elsewhere thank you for adding me into such a great program

Smells weird inside like chlorine or smth I felt dizzy in 2 mins and left Lady at the counter didn’t bother to ask questions or help out. Too busy watching YouTube. Small selection of vapes and very dirty shelves.

Would give zero stars if I could, but that’s not allowed Used to go to the store about a year ago and wow, things have changed. First, the front and the outside the store is absolutely disgusting I honestly thought the store was closed because of how it looks rundown. Didn’t have what i was looking for. And wow is it dirty. You guys really need to learn how to use Windex on the glass and a good mop on the floors, also smells and not in a good way definitely won’t be coming back

I've been to quite a few locations but I found out Berlin carried a specific flavor of juice that none of the other stores have anymore. I don't live close to Berlin at all but I love that juice. So I drove back down when I needed another bottle. The store was supposed to close at 9pm but when I arrived at 8:30pm, it was closed. Not cool. I had to go to another location and get something else. Tonight I was going to drive down there because I needed a refill. Hours says they close at 9pm. This time I called before I drove down there and guess what? No one answered. It went to voice mail. It was around 8:15 so they should have picked up. I called a few more times but no luck. It seems like the person who closes leaves early, which is so unprofessional, especially when people go by the store hours you have listed. You're losing a good customer.

This place is great! The store was spotless clean and welcoming. Christine was beyond helpful and answered every question I had. Their selection is top notch. 10 out of 10 would recommend Puff and Pipe in Berlin.
