Purchased a Lava Plus vape here in my usual flavor, but it tasted completely wrong/weird, which made me check the packaging. Tried calling 3x no answer decided to go back to the store denied me a refund?? For something that is fake. The back lists "Artificial Flavorings" instead of "Natural Flavorings" like genuine products (see attached photo proof)..

I just wanna put this out there for everybody if you are getting a battery cartridge please do not waste your time and get anything from that store because you’re just gonna waste your time you are going to waste your time. You don’t have to spend your money to go to that place Again, do not waste your time and buy stuff at that store if they are not going to have reliable products if you end up going to the store where that for product that you did get that only last for 2 1/2 weeks by the way, and you try to explain to them and you have the item in your hand and you trying to show them respectfully about it and they’re not trying to be reasonable about a simple common issue. I don’t care if there’s a sign there, but I’m just explaining it to you guys if anything if there would be a exchange that would be cool too even if you can’t give me a refund that’s cool but it kind of defeats the purpose for me to have to go to the store and explain in person or even if anything when I’m calling the main number just to let them know. Hey, I’m gonna be coming by. Nobody picks up the phone even also let’s just say you go on Google and you go on the messaging section where you wanna go ahead and message them and it takes five minutes for them to respond to. You didn’t even get an answer from that at all at all terrible customer service just terrible again, do not waste your time and spend your money over there. There’s plenty of other smoke shop places that you could go to. You don’t have to go over there. Please be mindful towards what I’m saying.

These people are such impolite people with people the attitude of serving the customer is very bad there is only someone who speaks Spanish and always thanks in both languages but a gentleman who always passes there is such an unpleasant person to attend I’m only going for the promotions they have 😂
