Every-time I come here is a decent experience, tonight on the other hand was way different . The employee Dante was not knowledgeable at all , I walk in the building and ask if they have Butane Dante responded with “ yeah but I gotta ID “ that’s fine ….. I expect to be ID everywhere that’s just a weird comment . Second I ask about bangers , he then tells me he doesn’t know anything about bongs becuase he doesn’t use them . I asked him for a 14mm and he said he doesn’t know the sizes and that I have to look at them , no problem I start browsing and ask to see a piece . He said no there’s cameras everywhere and I can’t hold it or look at the package ? How am I supposed to know what size I’m buying if I can’t look at the package ? So I ask him to scan it and check the size and he says he doesn’t know if it will show , I said no problem I’ll buy it I think it will fit , he then informed me of the “ No Exchange policy “ and if it doesn’t fit I’m stuck with it . After I pay for my things , I asked to use my loyalty number so I can get rewards …… Dante says it’s too late to redeem it and says I’m lucky to get pennys as they have a shortage ? He also told me he’s only there to collect his paycheck and go home , because I made a comment about how am I suppose to know what I’m buying. How do you hire someone like this ? Complete incompetence from start to finish .

Great store but it's a shame there's no longer CBD/THC products thanks to the ban. 🙄 This is about more than just hemp products: small businesses are heavily affected and people lose out on jobs and economic growth. Talk to your politician to reverse the ban or at least modify it. Always had a positive experience here. Great staff.

guy behind the counter absolutely hates his life lol legitimately felt like i was bothering him by just being present in the store trying to find what i was looking for. it was SO uncomfortable. I asked him if they had something in stock i normally get there and he IMMEDIATELY just says “no”. i looked around for a few seconds and saw it WAS ACTUALLY THERE but decided to not buy it and just leave instead. i’m not giving this place any of my business anymore lol

Came in and met Kyle he worked with us really well despite speaking another language really great service will be coming back very soon

Came in the store to look for something nice and Kyle was there. Kyle helped me out really like his style and intellect his knowledge of product as well as his customer service is extremely extremely pleasant. He was very knowledgeable at the top of his game. make me wanna come back every day, he’s a good dude he knows what he’s talking about. Excellent
