I came here with a friend and I would definitely recommend this place - 10 out of 10. Jalila was amazing. Not only did she help my friend and I purchase new hookahs, flavors and charcoal. But she provided so much knowledge and great recommendations. She even had a facetime call with us to walk us step by step on how to assemble our new hookah. She went far and beyond.

Lets just say when I need ANYTHING hookah related, this is my number one local place to get anything that I need. Prices are always great and staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

No dock but unload by fork lift and electric jack. Very tight entrance on side of building. Plenty of room in rear. Unload was fast great place just tight entrance. Can also enter from rear too
