I love their Juul compatible products. The strawberry flavor is wonderful!! Definitely recommend, plus, being so much lower in price, their value is incredible! I feel bad for the people who wrote bad reviews because everyone that I read is just the way business comes and flows! Don't judge a business based on out of control elements, base it on their product and willingness to assist for customer service! They are hands down a 5 star company, and they do everything in their capacity to help, including refunds and extra products after any delay if it happens. THAT'S what a good business does. And there are few like them nowadays! Appreciate the good and take the bad aspects of business with a grain of salt because those are things EVERY business experiences and have no control over, but their REACTION to them is what really matters and they always make sure the customer is treated fair and more than fair!

I am going to be a sour customer in my review. This company has descent products, and the best Juul alternative pods. I mean the best. Their customer service is great too, if you can can get in contact with them. This is where I turn sour. They work bankers hours and are almost impossible to get in contact with. I had numerous above and beyond purchases from them, and then things went south. My last three purchases were never actually shipped even though I had a tracking number. They did satisfy me as a customer and handle the problem, once I was actually able to connect with them. Unfortunately all the satisfaction came from refunds and no products.

The best customer service! I emailed the company when I had been having issues with my pods abd they sent replacements to my mailbox within 48 hours! Ive never been more satisfied with a company! Thank you so much. Highly recommend, they stand by their product and will back it up if need be.

I had to leave a review. I bought two packs of Eon Smoke brand pods. The pineapple crush. My all time favorite. Unfortunately for me, every pod in both packs tastes expired. I was bummed! But I contacted Eon Smoke and got a prompt response from Keyanna. She made this experience a great one for me. She went above and beyond to explain the replacement process and I received my replacement quickly!!! The customer service provided by Keyanna exceeded my expectations.
