been here twice for some late night last minute goodies, and Nas had given me a baggie of gummies on him all because i made him laugh over the phone. coming from someone who works in the adult business industry, customer service like this is always an amazing way to build honest loyal relationships with your patrons. out of the multiple shops i've frequented the past few years, puff n smoke is definitely in the top 5

In June 2026, I tried to visit this store four different times in the morning, between 10 and 11 a.m., and each time I was unable to get in. This shows a very unprofessional attitude toward work and customers.

Been here 3 days in a row at after 10am but before 1030 am and they have not once been open.

I love this place but the hours don’t line up. If you say your open at 10:30 and I come at 11:30 and your still not open? Poor business etiquette. Not very professional at all.

The guy running this place is awesome!! Good prices on products and got me some hard to find items!!
