I visited this establishment yesterday and bought a Trader Jacks Kickin Cigar for $12. I later found out these cigars are only worth about $2 each. This particular cigar also had a very hard draw making it impossible to smoke. I've never been to a Cigar store/lounge that price gouged. I was very disappointed.

I’ve heard a lot about this place so I figured it was time to try it out. Walked in and was greeted by Stu. Stu was knowledgeable and willing to give advice and his experiences with different cigars. I was surprised when he recommended one that I am a big fan of, which I also consider a highly underrated cigar. Next he showed me around the lounge and explained the option for becoming a member and all the benefits of doing so. The lounge was clean and welcoming. I sat down and lit up my first of 2 cigars for the day. Stu came over several times asking if I needed anything and just to engage in conversation with the new customer. I’ll definitely be returning!
