It's been awhile sincr I stopped by Denville After dinner nearby at Thatcher, I ended up wandering past Prime Tobacco Zone. I’m not a smoker and didn’t buy anything, so financially, I contributed absolutely nothing to the store that night. But I still had a really pleasant interaction with Francisco, who was welcoming, professional, and kind enough to tell me more about the area while representing the store well. It felt genuine, not forced. Wishing Francisco and Prime Tobacco Zone continued success, and hoping they keep carrying that same kindness forward.

Love this place! Guy was super helpful and gave me a great recommendation. Quite happy with the product. 10/10

"I've been to several smoke shops in the area, but [prim tobacco zone ] stands out from the rest. Their inventory is impressive, with a wide range of products from top brands. The prices are competitive, and Tommy is always happy to answer questions or make recommendations. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I've become a regular customer and can't imagine going anywhere else "Hands-down the best smoke shop in town!, great selection, and awesome prices. I'm a customer for life!" 5/5 stars
