The matcha was okay! The ambiance was nice! Restroom for customer only! Asked the stuff for the code, she said someone was inside. We waited almost 10 mins! Then saw one of the stuff using a key to get in. So, not sure whether there was communication problem or something else.

Went for Valentine’s Day and it was a pleasant and hassle free experience. We made a last minute reservation and were able to be accommodated. The food was good, the service was great by the waiters (Keon and another young lady) and managers who consistently checked in. Hookah and drinks were also good. We frequent this place a lot and it’s never let us down.

The food at Eros was decent, and the atmosphere was okay—it was definitely busy with a lot of people. However, the service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress took forever to do everything. To make matters worse, they completely switched our waitresses halfway through the meal without ever telling us, leaving our table completely ignored. We ended up waiting forever just to get our check at the end of the night. Decent food isn't worth a frustrating, endless wait. Hopefully, they can fix their staffing and communication issues.

I had such a great dinner at Eros Cafe.The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out perfectly. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, making it a great spot for a nice night out. The staff was also super friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend for dinner!

Came here to watch the game and have drinks, stayed for the service and food! Hummus, olives, souvlaki all fresh and Malika was a fantastic server!! Excellent service, very attentive, tasty drinks. Big screens indoor or outdoor for basketball, soccer, etc. games but still a cute restaurant.
