I would not recommend this location. There is no safe place to park without risking a ticket. I also felt like I wasted my money. I purchased two pre-rolls, both were poor quality, and one was missing entirely. When I brought it to the employee’s attention, I was given an empty black container instead of a proper resolution. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this specific location. Based on my experience, I would advise others to shop elsewhere.

​I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Uptown Smoke Shop & Accessories. I have been a loyal customer, specifically participating in their "Orangehead" punch card promotion. ​An "Orangehead" is sold at this shop as a $40 package (an 8th and a pre-roll). Their loyalty card states that after 5 purchases, you get 1 free. However, management is incredibly inconsistent with how they honor this. While I have received the full "Orangehead" package as my reward in the past, on my most recent visit, the individual claiming to be the owner refused to include the pre-roll. ​It is a blatant bait-and-switch. You spend over $200 to reach a milestone, only to have the owner nickel-and-dime you over a pre-roll that is supposed to be part of the product. If the "Orangehead" includes a pre-roll when I’m paying for it, it should include a pre-roll when I’ve earned it for free. ​Between the inconsistent rewards and the feeling of being overcharged on previous visits, I’ve had enough. There are too many shops in the area to deal with a business that doesn't respect its regulars or honor its own advertised deals. I will not be returning.

They have the best bud of all the shops in the area. I give them an 8 out of 10 for $40 Orange Heads and 7 out of 10 for the $25 8ths. I took my first edible from here and that was good also. Shop here!!! Those other spots will disappoint you with their great customer service and paid for 5 star reviews.

EDIT: 11 MONTHS LATER AND THESE PEOPLE STILL DON’T KNOW RESPECT ! IM A REAL PERSON THIS IS NOT A STORE BOUGHT REVIEW LETS BEGIN : I’ve never felt so disrespected and unsafe in a business before. I came into this shop trying to have a calm conversation with the owner, simply explaining something he had gotten wrong. Instead of talking it through, he chose to ignore me completely — extremely rude for someone who claims to run a business. When I decided to leave, he suddenly came out from behind the counter, furious, and got right in my face, verbally threatening me and claiming he was disrespected. This wasn’t just a misunderstanding — it was aggressive, unprofessional behavior from someone who clearly should not be running a business. His day-to-day attitude is nasty, arrogant, and hostile, and it’s honestly shocking that he’s an owner. It also makes sense why almost no decent customers go here. The only regulars seem to be homeless individuals and sketchy people hanging around outside — I get that energy attracts energy, but that doesn't give him the right to treat everyone with that same nasty disrespect. My advice: avoid this place entirely. Spend your money somewhere safe, professional, and legal — like Budzooka. I would like the add the most recent review on their page is false and comes from a source employed with this business DO NOT believe it. “The people love us” that’s not what the most recent review of your business say’s. EDIT: THEY ARE NOW PAYING OTHERS TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. WANT THE TRUTH GO TO FILTERS AND CLICK LOWEST THESE PEOPLE THINK SHADOWING MY REVIEW WILL HELP OKAY LETS SEE Lastly, my lawyer has been contacted and is actively reviewing this incident. We are seeking the appropriate legal action to hold this business accountable in court if need be.
