I've been coming here for over a year and I love the staff. Always so helpful and so friendly. And their selections are always great.

I had a terrible experience at this store. The staff were rude and completely unprofessional. I bought a vape and opened it right there in the store. After just one hit, it tasted burnt and clearly old. I told the workers immediately, but even getting a replacement was a struggle — they made it a hard time just to exchange the first one. When they finally gave me another vape, it also tasted off. One of the workers even tried it himself and admitted it was old — but still refused to refund me. Instead of helping, they got defensive and started arguing with me. This place clearly doesn’t care about customer service or product quality. I strongly recommend you do NOT buy anything from here. They sell bad products and treat customers with zero respect. Take your money elsewhere.

The worker Paola was so nice ! Very great customer service she is a delight to this store ! Will definitely stop by again she’s a sunshine !

WARNING! BE CAREFUL! This store WILL scam you on various products. They do NOT sell genuine THC products. They will not let you return any products, used or unused the second you leave the store. The people that work there do not care about ripping you off! They are bad people at Future Elevation. I would highly recommend you check out a more reputable local spot.
