Kobe was amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and really took the time to answer all of my questions. He knows his products well and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed or pressured. The customer service was top-tier, and the store was clean, organized, and had a great selection. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others. Thanks again, Kobe!

Love the brand and love the shop! They got everything that I need and as a loyal customer, I appreciated Justin greeting me and guiding me with a smile from cheek to cheek :)

I have been coming to sessions for almost 2 years, and have always been impressed with the level of customer service and knowledge about products. I especially would like to shout out Dylan and Mark for always taking great care of me every time I go here. I will continue coming here for as long as they will be open.

I have been coming here for some time. The hookah selection here is 🔥🔥🔥 fire! The shop is local and convient in location for quick grabs before a night in the house!
