Probably the most friendly and helpful staff ever. I met Kyle when he was a gamestop manager years ago. Loved the service he provided so much i followed his from gamestop to gamestop as he advanced from store to store. Ive known him for 10 years or more and i can honestly say he goes above and beyond for his customers. You will be satisfied going here for sure!

This is hands down the best vape shop around! They always have the latest products in stock, and if there's something you're looking for that they don't have, they're more than happy to order it for you. Their prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is outstanding. The owner is incredibly friendly, professional, and always takes the time to help you find exactly what you need. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in their business. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great products, fair prices, and excellent service!

Great service, helped me where other stores usually can’t accommodate disabled people. I can’t leave my house easily so I rely on Uber drop offs and over the phone purchases. Their manager/owner was able to get me the items I needed and updated me along the way. I didn’t even have to make them aware when uber arrived, they had their mans ready waiting like this

Would have given 5 stars because they ordered coils for me which was really great but I drove 25 minutes to Hackensack and there’s absolutely no parking. I parked on the corner, ran in to get the coils, kid you not, not even a minute later Hackensack is writing me a ticket. Unfortunately, I can’t visit this business because there’s absolutely no parking and it just cost me a $70 ticket (“loading zone” on the side of Rita’s) plus the $50 coils. The Location is just absolutely terrible and in general, I probably won’t be doing business in Hackensack because there’s no parking and they just ripped me off for parking on a corner for 60 seconds. Service was great but due to other circumstances like the town and parking, won’t be back.

Steven is hands down one of the best people I’ve dealt with at any smoke shop. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel welcome and actually takes the time to understand what you’re looking for. His knowledge is top-tier—whether it’s products, brands, or recommendations, he knows his stuff and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. What really stood out to me was his patience and honesty. He’s not just trying to make a sale—he genuinely wants you to leave satisfied with exactly what you need. Definitely a 10/10 experience because of him. I even left some money on the counter by accident and he ran out the store to return it to me. You don’t get good people like that these days.
