I had an absolutely amazing experience at this smoke shop, and I have to give special recognition to Shenaz, who truly made my visit exceptional. From the moment I walked in, naz was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days, and it honestly made all the difference. Shenaz took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and patiently explained different options without rushing or pressuring me into buying anything. Her product knowledge is outstanding—she clearly knows the inventory inside and out and was able to recommend the perfect items based on my preferences. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a great variety of products, but it’s the customer service that really stands out. Naz positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for customers create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, which speaks volumes about her work ethic. If you’re looking for a smoke shop with great selection and top-tier customer service, this is definitely the place to go. Ask for naz—she’s an absolute asset to the store and deserves all the recognition. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this shop to friends

Great experience! I bought the blue gummy vape from Wave and it’s amazing. Naz was super helpful and friendly—she made the whole process easy. Definitely coming back!

Ridiculously overpriced. The gummies that come two to a pack that sell for $5.99 at every other smoke shop are $15.99 there...NO THANK YOU!!

These guys are the best of the best, I travel all way Red Bank to Union Beach for there service and selection

Love this shop, has a great variety and a super friendly staff. Staff is knowledgeable and patient, they take their time and really help you with what you’re looking for. Also, the prices are the best around. Great products, great prices, and great staff. Can’t recommend this place enough.
