There never open.....I've attempted to stop here multiple times on different occasions and there literally always closed. The hours they have posted definitely isn't accurate. At least update your hours if you're business is still open.

Quality is great but y'all really need to change your opening times or be consistent with the timing you already have! This the second time I came to both locations well after opening time and neither are open & I don't always feel like coming back from EO later in the day just to check

Great shop. Both locations fire! Love the point system for rewards. Best prices around actually. Only knock been said is the opening time is inconsistent. I've wasted time going & it wasn't open but overall still happy the place exists !!!

So I walk in the store and I have to say, I was super impressed with the beauty of the store; clean, well lit, well stocked And they had Everything they advertised. What they didn’t advertise was that it was brothers running the spot that well. I was impressed and proud. Not sure if the guys are married but ladies, they are fine. If you’re single and looking you need to get down to Cloud 9 Smoke shop, you could end up on a cloud 9 of your own🤣

There was a lady who opened the door she didn’t speak she didn’t ask me if I needed anything and was extremely rude. She showed me the menu and just placed the menu on the counter barely spoke to me. As if she didn’t want to be there she had a blonde short buzz cut and was dark skin very very very rude idc what your product is customer service is key. SMH black folks when they get an establishment aren’t careful about who they have running the business. The face of your brand matters.
