Unfortunately, my experience was not good because of one employee who has poor customer service and unclear pricing. This creates a negative experience for customers. The rest of the staff are fine, but this issue needs to be addressed as it affects the business reputation.

Guys are selling big lighters for $8 , who is the owner or the manager please talk to your employees, they cannot wax people with any absurd number of prices , big lighter for $8 is wild , the guy who stays at night you better be careful bro with prices coz somebody will get pissed if you keep playing with customers.

DO NOT GO THERE. The guy wth ear piercing tried to rip me off while buying a vape (price $12-$15) to make me pay $23. When I heard the total before I tap, I looked at him then I left immediately then he said “ok come back” and I told him “I don’t like that” then I left without doing the transaction. Tbh other guys who work there are chilling bc I’ve been there before, but I don’t think after that time I will come back again

Their variety of selection is incredible. Max really helped me out with setting up the vape. Customer service is beyond.

DO NOT GO TO THAT STORE ON SATURDAYS AROUND 4/5pm the guy that’s working that shift will try to rip you off and he has horrible customer service skills he’s no help at all hes the only one who gave me such a hard time all the other gentlemen that work there are amazing but they need to get rid of that guy he’s making ya lose money.
