I regularly stop at this shop for water and drinks whenever I’m near Washington Park, and it has become one of my trusted local places. Marcus, the owner, is an extremely friendly, honest and genuinely good person. Over time, we have become good friends. There have even been occasions when I accidentally left some of my belongings at the shop. Marcus either called me immediately or kept everything completely safe until I returned. That level of trust and care is rare. The shop is convenient, welcoming and well run, but Marcus is what makes it special. He always treats people with respect and makes customers feel comfortable. I recommend supporting this local business.

Well, this was my first and last experience here. 1. Guy left me in the shop by myself to go get whatever 2. Overcharges me 3. Overly friendly and creepily flirtatious. Like dude I'm on the phone with my fiance and I want to leave. This is just my personal opinion, first time coming here, and wont be returning here. If you're looking for reasonably priced items, or a good experience, I wouldn't recommend here.

Great smoke shop with excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find what you need. Clean, well-stocked, and a smooth shopping experience every time.

Smoke Central is easily one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted right away and made to feel welcome. The owner is amazing. Super friendly, down to earth, and genuinely cares about his customers. He takes the time to help you find what you need and is always willing to answer questions without making you feel rushed. They have a great selection and everything is always clean and organized. No matter what I’m looking for, I usually find it here. The prices are unbeatable compared to other shops nearby, and the hours are incredibly convenient. It’s one of the few places you can count on being open when you actually need it. You can tell this is a business that values its customers. The service feels personal and consistent, which is hard to find these days. I always leave satisfied and never feel like I overpaid. If you’re looking for a reliable smoke shop with great prices, friendly service, and convenient hours, I highly recommend Smoke Central.

Goated store. Doesn't try to oversell, gives awesome recommendations and the product is always on point. Been going here for about a year now and yet to be disappointed. Hope the owners don't change coz it's my go to
