Terrible experience. I came after reading the great reviews about their level of customer service and attentiveness. My experience couldn’t have been further from this SMH. I walked in and there was someone already placing an order with guy working. A heavyset guy was very gregarious and very engaging with the lady in front of me. As soon as he checked her out, I received the most basic hello you could imagine without any follow up questions about what I was looking for, or to help me pick out something. I had to ask him if they had any Edible options he said “yes.” Full stop, nothing more than that. I did an about face and I left. There’s absolutely no way I’m spending money here and I’ll never go back. Take your interest to legal leaf or the smoke shop across from QuickChek on FD Rogers Boulevard, but there are a dozen and one smoke shops in the area where you can spend your money, receive great service, and get trippy!

I’ve been coming here for years, amazing smoke shop. The workers there are so great, specifically Bri and MJ. They always have good energy and make my experience positive, they were even nice enough to take photos of me and my dog!!!!

WoW !!! this walking in felt like a walking in to a friend's house. Energy is Smoking hot 🤍 .. M Jay Oh she got all the know. And Fresh can't forget him He is an energetic, funny person they make you feel like you wanna come back. Now this is my spot !! You won't regret walking right in :)

I've been coming to this location for only about 5 months now, but since then I really don't buy from other shops. Here everything is official , not like some places that have sold me fake pens. 😕 As soon as you walk in you can literally feel the good vibes! Prices are good& they have great deals too. ALL the staff is amazing! Always polite, respectful and the customer service is awesome. Very professional... Mj & Trevor are who i usually see and they both are sooo nice!❤️Mj never steers me wrong with her recommendations and she keeps me coming back for moreee 😅😘 thanks Lava5 for being a great place to shop for all the goodies 😉 🍃💨 I would definitely recommend this smoke shop simply because its the best in town 🙌🏼
