Absolutely terrible customer service. I went into this shop looking for advice on choosing a new vape and asked for guidance since there were several options. Instead of helping, the employee dismissed my questions and told me they were “all the same” and that they all had flashing lights, which simply isn’t true. After I purchased two vapes, I opened them outside the store and discovered they were both leaking right out of the package. When I went back inside, instead of trying to help or replace the defective products, he immediately accused me of damaging them while I was outside. He also made a comment about “people like you,” which I found disrespectful and completely uncalled for. I wasn’t looking for anything free—I just expected basic customer service and products that weren’t defective. Instead, I was treated with suspicion and disrespect. There are plenty of smoke shops that value their customers. I won’t be returning, and I would encourage others to shop elsewhere.

Just stopped by this smoke shop tonight, and I have to say—this is hands down the best smoke shop around! The guy working the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. They have a huge selection of accessories, a great variety of cigars, and an awesome hookah selection. If you’re looking for quality products and top-tier customer service, this is the place to go. Definitely check this spot out before any other smoke shop in the area! 🔥🔥🔥

Started to coming here after the move from Mount Laurel to Browns mills. Guy is funny as hell. Best customer service.
