This is the second time I've been to the shop and the employer was very rude to me and did not want to help. I was looking for a specific product Which clearly wasn't on the shelf, and he told me it was sitting right there, and insulted me and told me maybe I need glasses, the guy was very rude and nasty. This is the second time this happened. There are plenty of smoke shops around this area. all the other ones The owners are very friendly and very helpful. And if they don't have the product, they actually order it for me. And i'm not sure who the store owner was, hopefully this wasn't the guy, otherwise they don't deserve to be in business i really don't like leaving reviews like this, but honestly, they don't deserve a good one

i guess the place is under new management now but in the past two years i haven't had any problems with this shop, besides some faulty batteries but i don't think they can help that. always quick and nice with the purchase and a lot to choose from. one of my top smoke shops

Unfortunately the man that was here had zero knowledge of the vapes he was selling and I wasn’t going to spend money without knowing the answers to my questions. I have a little knowledge but I hope that when I go into a store that would want my business, they’d be able to answer simple questions. He didn’t even know what he had on hand when I asked he showed me 1 but had several others he didn’t even know he had. Most were cheap I didn’t see any mid grade for a beginner. I am not prepared to spend close to $200 on something without information sorry.

I used to go here and some of the workers were nice, but today my friend and I went in and the man working was helping people in line for at least 20 mins. We waited patiently to ask to look at something and when we had the chance to ask, he yelled at us - YES yelled at us to get out if we weren’t going to buy anything because we were standing there for “40 minutes” he claimed - when HE was the reason we were waiting. He then wouldn’t let us look at anything even though they have everything behind the counter, and threw us the first piece he could hand us without even considering what we were looking to purchase. What establishment yells at their customers and tells them to get out when the wait was his own fault?? I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THIS SHAM OF A CHEAP SMOKE SHOP AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE!

This store sells items that a head shop that would sell. I think the inventory is good, but the staff is bitter. It is hard to find what you want in the store because products are stacked from floor to ceiling. And most of the employees do not know what they have in stock or what it is
