I've been a customer for 6 years now and still have not found another store that can accommodate all my vaping needs. Everyone who works here is welcoming and always friendly. I'll drive an hour or more just to come to Popie's for what I need any day of the week!

First time going in there, very clean, very welcoming. Great personality, sense of humor and service. Great prices too

I cannot say enough good things about this business. I came in a few months ago after the Njoy ban and was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a replacement. As soon as I walked into the lounge, the staff was a major help. They recommended a device best suited for my preferences, helped me pick out juices, and taught me how to properly use the vaporesso system and pods. Immediately after trying it, I knew I had found my new replacement vape. Fast forward a week or two later, I was having some leaking problems with my pods. Aware of my lack of knowledge on vapes, I came back into the shop to ask for help and the owner spent at least 15 minutes with me giving me tips on refilling and teaching me how to correct my mistakes. Since then, I haven’t had a leak or any problem for that matter with any of my pods. Fast forward a couple months later (today), I restocked on my usual juice that I always buy, but this time the taste was off to me. I went back into the shop to explain my concern and the owner immediately rectified the issue by giving me a brand new bottle of juice and a fresh pod to test it out on. This new bottle tasted just like it usually does and it fixed the issue. They didn’t have to do that for me, but they care about their customers and wanted to make sure I left satisfied. All of my experiences with the staff have been great, and I always look forward to giving them my business when I need to restock on supplies. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my vape products. In conclusion, I typed all this out to say that this business genuinely cares about its customers and went out of their way to help me on multiple occasions. They have a wide range of devices + juices and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on their products and vaping as a whole. If you are looking for a vape shop, I highly, highly recommend giving them a try. They will not disappoint.

Great staff. Friendly and knowledgeable with a nice liquid and hardware selection. Prices were great and I have been back 2 times already.
