Middlesex Puff City is honestly the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to — no exaggeration. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming, laid-back, and super chill. The place is spotless, well-organized, and has that clean, modern look that makes browsing enjoyable. They’ve got everything — and I mean everything — from the newest vape products and premium glass pieces to rolling papers, hookah supplies, kratom, and CBD. You can tell they keep up with trends and always stock quality brands. What really sets this place apart though is the staff. Everyone there is incredibly helpful, respectful, and really knows their stuff. I’ve had awesome conversations here, got solid recommendations, and left satisfied every single time. Prices are very reasonable, and they even run deals or hook you up if you’re a regular. Was greeted when entered the store. Amazing customer service provided by - Kuby Told me about all the great deals they have and provided great customer service. Not from the area, but this my new go to location. I will be back thanks again Kuby. 5 stars keep up the great customer service.

I've been here twice and each time the man that owns the place (I think)(I need to get his name I swear) makes me feel welcome. He even remembered me from the last time I was there. The prices are better than other shops in the area. I go there to try the different flavors. Definitely recommend.

This is my FAVORITE smoke shop! Guven is friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. I love his variety and willingness to give discounts and deals, especially if one is a returning patron. Guven is a good man and is very welcoming to everyone. I am VERY happy with this place and recommend this establishment to everyone over 21.
