1 Star I stopped by around 6:30 PM on a Wednesday, during normal business hours, and found the door locked with a handwritten Post-it that said, “Be back in 10 minutes.” My brother and I decided to wait on the bench outside. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes, and during that time we watched around 15+ customers walk up, try the locked door, and leave frustrated with negative comments because no one was there. One customer who left told me he knew the guys that works this shift and he does this all the time. Unfortunately, no employee ever came back while we were waiting, so we eventually left as well. If the store needs to close temporarily, that’s understandable, but the note should reflect a realistic return time or the business should have someone available during posted operating hours. It was frustrating to waste nearly half an hour and watch so many potential customers turned away. Maybe he should consider not getting high on his own supply and operate the store during the hours he’s getting paid for.

I've been to a few locations of this store and none compare to this one. They offer a lot of variety on products & the place is neat & clean. The staff is always friendly & helpful on recommendations. Keep up the good work and thank you for providing excellent customer service.

#1 Customer here!!! BEST SMOKE SHOP IN TOWN!!! I’ve been coming here for 2 yrs now and Danny, Kevin and Ali are ALL fantastic. Very friendly atmosphere!!! Outside of the products being great, the customer service is also what keeps me coming back.
