The no exchange policy is stupid even when u purchase a vape as a gift and can't open it cause its a gift. Aug 27 2025, 8:30pm at Rte 206 site, bought a TrueMoolah Moonlight Kush vape. I tested my vape and it was good. A gift vape I didn't opened. The owner of the vape opened it in front of me and it this not have any resin product on it. It smelled like it was smoked and placed back in the box. Also still showing that it has 99% resin, but it's empty. Now policy still enforced here and I lost 30 bucks and no replacement. Thanks for nothing and bad business.

I walked in and the woman at the counter seemed very pleasant. Till i asked about 7oh. She then became very rude and said it’s illegal. Which is not true. The ban has not gone into effect. Which I mentioned it’s not banned or illegal yet. She Then said well it is in our store. I’m not sure why my asking for a product deserved such a hostile response.

Clean and helpful people when it’s actually open during the hours posted. The last few times I’ve come to this location, it’s closed but the open sign is on.

Absolutely worse customer service every over a faulty grinder. New to this area and this store. Bought a grinder almost a month ago and one of the grinder points break off. I take it to the store, the lady there said she couldn't do anything about it but never saw one break like this. She gives me the managers number and what a joke that turned out to be. I called and left a message, two days go by and I call again just to get some lady with a nasty attitude basically telling me not her problem and there will be no refund or exchange. This store just loss a customer and I will inform all of my friends in the area about the poor customer service and poor quality products. I will be reaching out to the company that made the product Backwoods and see if they stand behind their product line. UPDATE; I called your number you asked me to, no return call after a week.... I tried to email as you asked, keeps getting returned.... Thanks for the worthless support!!!!!

James has helped me on multiple times when visiting and gave me awesome advice. I’m quitting smoking and he made so awesome vape suggestions and I haven’t smoked a cigarette in 3 weeks 🙃 Thanks James and good luck out there
