I recently bought a vape (Geek Bar White Gummy Ice) to which I was told to try it before I left as I always do. Upon tasting it i received a nasty burnt taste and explained that I would rather a different flavor than to leave with anything burnt. I was told, “no changes would be made & I would have to pay for a new one.” The gentleman there called the owner to which they had a conversation in their language & he flipped the camera around & thats when the owner recognized me (come there often) & I explained what happened. He then went on to say they’re only telling people to try it in store because of battery issues & that no store is taking them back (regardless of burnt taste) due to shortages. To which I called him out because it’s not true. All & all I was out of $27.71 & a vape. Sadly enough, they will not be seeing myself nor my coworkers any longer due to that. I wish them luck on their journey though.
