Last time I bought a cart from this store, I brought it home and after opening the package I realized the cart was defective and not working. This morning I explained the situation to Issa, and he was very understanding and replaced it with a brand new one without giving me trouble. I really appreciate his customer service because it made me feel satisfied and able to trust this store. I had a past experience at another shop where they refused to replace a defective cart just because it had already been opened, even though it didn’t work at all. So I truly appreciate Issa for handling the situation professionally and respectfully.

Came looking for a bong, and dude wouldn't sell any. Kept saying that they were for decorations and then also said management didnt give him any prices. Then i asked if he had any bowls or one hitters and he said no. This did not seem like a smoke shop to me, people kept coming in and wispering smth to him, so i assume its a front and hes selling other stuff that he shouldnt be selling. Also, theres no phone number so i couldnt even call ahead of time to check inventory. Super sus, and super weird.

Good smoke shop with good products and service to be honest - no complaints there. But they can never seem to be open on time and they’re always closing early. It’s really frustrating (especially if you work long hours from the morning into the night!)

The inside of the store is super pretty and they got a lot of cute lighters and grinders however the pre rolls are wack. Over priced and doesn’t even get you high fr. In conclusion save your money
