Hot Puff sets a new standard for smoke shops in Newark. From the moment I walked in, the difference was clear: the store is immaculate, the selection is extensive, and the staff is genuinely knowledgeable. I came in looking for quality glass and Za accessories, and the service was exceptional. Instead of simply directing me to products, the team took time to explain the pros and cons of each piece and allowed me to evaluate them firsthand. There was no pressure to upsell, and pricing is fair and transparent. The inventory ranges from reliable everyday pieces to unique, high-end art glass that you won’t find in most local shops. They also carry top-quality ZAZA with excellent selection and freshness. On my second visit, the staff remembered me and my preferences, which speaks volumes about their customer service. For anyone seeking a professional, clean, and trustworthy shop with expert guidance and premium products, Hot Puff is the clear choice. Highly recommended.

When I went into the place the girl didn't hear me come in because she was too busy on her phone. After a few minutes she realized I was in the store and asked if I need needed help. After telling her what I was looking for she act like I was bothering her and wasn't helpful at all. She didn't have any recommendations and try to extend a helping hand. I finally saw what I was looking for thanks to no help to her. When I got home I realized the gummies was packaged on February 18 2024. So on top of her being rude their products are old. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to go .
