I had a great experience at Nova Smoke Shop! The store is clean, well-organized, and has a really nice selection of products. What made the visit even better was the customer service. Parker was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers having a good experience. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — I’ll for sure be coming back!

stopped by the other day, worker ignored me whenever I tried to get her attention. when she finally answered me her tone was rude. prices were also very high compared to other locations in area. really wanted to like this store, as it’s right by my home but very disappointed

🚨🚨🚨🔥🔥🔥To my 420 friendly readers, THIS SPOT is jankin! 💯Very professional, very clean, authentic spot, cool people, good vibes! I came here with my boyfriend from Brooklyn and we got batter and flowers! So loud, they give such good recommendations and a sample and discount to show love which I appreciate. They definitely made the trip worth it, know their cannabis and I would highly recommend coming to check out their extensive inventory! LADIES THEY HAVE ALL THE BLAZY SUSANS ON DECK! Come by tell the Brooklyn Farmer sent you. That’s me and my honeys canna brand on ig. Show love you will not go wrong!

This is the best smoke shop hands down. Parker and his sister are knowledgeable on every single product in the store. Makes shopping here a breeze.

This spot is a whole vibe. Super chill energy, not pushy at all, and the selection? Chef’s kiss. Found a new go-to that hits perfectly. If you’re picky or just getting started, they’ll actually help you without making it weird. Love it here.
