Customer service is great. The product I usually get is $13 cheaper at a smoke shop down the street. If you are in a pinch, this is a good spot. They probably have what you are looking for.

So to set the record straight. My friend spoke to the owner and the entire review that I posted was a misunderstanding. The owner is a good man, and took the time to explain the misunderstanding as aforementioned. My friend has been back to the store and the owner took the time out of his day to apologize for the misunderstanding. There is nothing bad to say about this store !!! Thank Wizard Smoke Shop owner !!!

If zero was possible I would give them this. I purchased the Big Chief product @ $50 pc. both carts were defective and all the owner wanted to give me was 24% off my next product. Keep the 24% and your defective products. I'm reporting you to the BBB and "I'm going to continue trashing this place until they are out of business. Both carts ended up like this and leaked my bag.

I go to this place at least once a week and it is by the far the most convenient and quick process I have been through. There’s a large variety of everything and their vape deals are GREAT! Totally work visiting! Thanks for everything!

You know people are petty when a small shop that’s this great isn’t rated 5 stars. Knowledgeable and great staff, prices that can’t be beat and a fairly large selection. If you live around here and vape/smoke, go to Wizard.
