The service was very poor. This was my first time visiting this place, and the customer service was terrible. It was also the first time in my life I’d been to a coffee shop that didn’t have milk. They served our drinks in paper cups while other customers received theirs in glass cups. We waited almost an hour for our drinks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s one of the worst coffee shops I’ve ever visited.

I am giving this place 1 star. It was surprising that smoking was not allowed inside while the café serves shisha. No one informed me about the smoking policy when I sat down, and I was only told later. The rules should be clearly explained to customers or displayed with visible signs to avoid confusion.
Decent hookah experience, but felt a bit pricy. The atmosphere was also overly crowded, making it hard to relax. If they could somehow work on the pricing and atmosphere, it'd be a more enjoyable experience.
amazing place. but dont try the arabic special hookah if they recommend it 😂
Title: Disappointing Changes at Arabian Cafe Hookah quality • The hookah is always on point: smooth pulls, great flavor, and very consistent every time. • If this was just about smoke quality, this would easily be a go-to spot in the area. Temperature and comfort • It is freezing inside; you basically need a winter coat just to sit and enjoy a session, especially in the colder months. • It feels like sitting outside in the middle of winter because the heat is never turned up to a comfortable level. Ventilation and heating issues • The ventilation fights against what little heat there is, so the lounge never actually warms up and the air still doesn’t feel properly managed.[reddit] • Instead of balancing airflow and warmth, the setup makes it drafty and uncomfortable while you are trying to relax. Aesthetic updates vs priorities • The lounge recently updated the look with some really cool café-style wallpaper and a dope neon sign, and visually it works. • That money would have been better spent fixing the heating and ventilation problem, because no amount of décor makes up for freezing through an entire hookah session. Better alternative nearby • There is another lounge around the corner under new management that just renovated, and it shows in how they treat comfort. • They created an outdoor-style vibe with personal seating and heaters, plus a solid ventilation system, so you get that open-air feel while actually being warm and able to enjoy your hookah without shivering.
