Purchased a defective vape and staff refused to replace it. He looked at me as I though I was dumb and told me they don’t sell that particular flavor, then dismissed me. As i don’t care for a ten dollar loss, i really don’t appreciate how I was handled as a paying customer.

Make sure to check your wraps before leaving, 2nd pack I bought and every single one was stale with holes. Open your pack inside the store to show the guys because once you leave you ain’t getting no refund. Stay away from the Slapwoods they are all STALE.

Avoid this place at all cost! They have a minor working there that is high all the time and has no professionalism and expertise. There are no prices on the products and therefore change daily. They are price gouging constantly. Total rip off. They have a serious attitude problem and are extremely negative. I suggest checking out the other 20 smoke shops around the area, you will definitely get better service and better prices.
