Unfortunately, I wasn’t too impressed with this smoke shop. The selection was pretty limited, and I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. On top of that, the customer service was below average—no one was particularly helpful or welcoming. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

This placed have the worst customer experience, you called to make an order or to ask a question they never answer the phone of they do they will just hand up the phone on you. Thats the customer service they giving.

Don’t go here the Spanish girl has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced she needs to be fired for losing clients who spend 100s of dollars at this location never had a problem with anyone but she has a horrible attitude and is very rude no idea how she got hired here smh
