Ussally it's jsut this really chill guy, hes very knowledgeable and nice. First place I went to looking for a quarts banner that knew what I was talking about/ had any for less then like 30 buck (for like the basic shit nothing fancy)

I highly recommend this vape company, but more so this particular location because of the manager (I think he is the manager, he is usually here. Good-looking guy with light brown hair & glasses & laid back demeanor). He is knowledgeable and asks all the right questions regarding the customer's needs. Really refreshing to have a place to go where you know you are getting solid advice with excellent customer service. I have looked online, and their prices are the same or even better. Also, NO STEEP SHIPPING COSTS!

I live in NYC and discovered Good Guy Vapes about a year ago while visiting family nearby. I stopped in once—and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. You might wonder why, especially with so many vape shops in NYC. The answer is simple: Patrick. Patrick is absolutely outstanding. If something I need isn’t in stock, he doesn’t just shrug it off—he orders it and personally calls me when it arrives. I once mentioned that I have trouble opening the bottles of my favorite vape juice, and ever since, Patrick opens them for me without hesitation. Beyond being incredibly helpful, Patrick has a great personality. He’s warm, professional, courteous, and really knows his stuff. His customer service is unmatched—he sets the gold standard. I sincerely hope the owner sees this and recognizes what a valuable asset Patrick is to the store. He’s the reason I keep coming back.
