I’m a disabled veteran. My wife has MS. It’s snowing sideways like Mother Nature personally had beef with me. My truck decides this is the perfect moment to blow a tire and I coast to a stop directly in front of Good Waze Smoke Shop. I was on my way to Walmart for random nonsense and now I’m outside in the cold staring at my tire like it betrayed me. I’m already sore. Joints screaming. Out of nowhere, a man comes flying out of the shop. “Hey, you good?” from across the side walk. This man moved like a pit crew chief who smelled action. Jack out. Tire off. Tire on. Talking the whole time. Joking. Smiling. I’m pretty sure the tire hit the ground and came back up faster than I could blink. NASCAR needs to scout this guy. While he’s helping me we start talking. I explain my situation. Pain. Sleep issues. My wife’s MS. Life stuff. He tells us to come inside and warm up and starts explaining CBD in a way that actually makes sense. No pressure. No miracle cure nonsense. Just calm real information and recommendations based on what we actually deal with. We grab a few things. We try what he suggested. And listen.
